The personal information gathered when you submit a query from the Contact Us web page will be used only by NCFI to respond to your query.

Generally, we will forward your query to the Technical Sales Representative who would be responsible for the product for which you have expressed interest. Depending on the nature of your query, an NCFI Technical Sales Representative will contact you by email or telephone. In some cases, your information may be forwarded to an installer, applicator, or user of our products so that they may contact you directly.

On the Contact Us page, we request address and telephone information. We ask for this information because our sales territories are geographic; knowing where you live/work allows us to assign the query to the appropriate Technical Sales Representative. A telephone number will expedite responding to you. If you do not want to share this information with us, we can respond by email but please provide us with your city, state, and country (if not USA).

Under no circumstances will your personal information, including your email address, be rented, sold or shared with non-affiliated organizations.
